I was moving from one house to another house in Santa Rosa. I had never hired a moving company before so I started asking family and friends if they knew a good moving company. One of my friends immediately said "Call Father and Son Movers. They are the best movers I have ever used" She said that they moved her mom into an assisted living facility and that they were absolutely great and very nice people. She said they were very careful with her items, which was important because her mother was very emotionally attached with those items. So I decided to call them, they answered all my questions and made the scheduling process very easy. They called me the day before the move to confirm. On the day of the move , they took care of my furniture and other items. The move went great and nothing was damaged. I was extremely satisfied with the move and would definitely hire them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.
I have moved 5 times in the last 15 years and by far they are the best movers I have ever used. They were careful with my items, did not damage my walls as they brought my bedroom furniture down the stairs and were really nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mover that is careful and friendly.

We did a local move within Sonoma county last month. They said we were the second largest moving job they had ever done. It took four 26 foot moving van loads, which were completely full, including 400 boxes. I've moved many times in the last fifty years and tried many movers. So, I am not an amateur at rating moving companies. Rafael, the owner, took great care to make sure our move was "uneventful," if you know what I mean. Everything went smoothly, was on time, courteous, with patient movers, and extra careful. When I say careful, not a single item was damaged, not even a scratch. No paint was marred.
Everything went perfectly. That's why I gave them five stars.
